SIA "Īpašumi EG" was founded on the 8th of November 2011. The company revolves around leasing its own properties to other entities and manages its own properties. The company has more than 20 different real estate properties with the total area of 220 hectares.
Future plans
SIA "Īpašumi EG" plans to continue acquiring more real estate for different usage purposes to help grow successful business in the Latvian market.
Our aim
SIA "Īpašumi EG" provides lessees with rent space to develop:
- office spaces;
- industrial factories;
- agricultural lands, which gives rights to the tenant to work and upkeep the farmland;
- hunting grounds, which gives rights for hunting organizations to hunt in the given land.
The company also owns multiple mining and quarry lands that hold dolomite, sand, loamy sand. These are rented out to companies who possess the capabilities to extract and process this material.
